What is Refresh?

Definition

Refresh is the action of reloading the current webpage to retrieve and display the latest available content. When a page is refreshed, the browser requests the page again while remaining at the same web address. This helps ensure that information shown on the page is current without requiring navigation to a different location.

Characteristics

  • Reloads the same webpage
