Definition

A cell is a single unit within a table or spreadsheet where data is stored or displayed. It is formed at the intersection of a row and a column and can contain text, numbers, or formulas identified by a specific address such as A1. This allows information to be structured into precise units, making data entry, organization, and calculation clear and manageable.
